Hi!! Firstly thank you for checking out my website. Here's a bit of information about me. My background is in cycling, i raced from the age 5 to 26 (2012) and i was professional for a few years in between. Racing in many different countries and also winning a few races along the way.

Sadly in 2015 my Kidneys were attacked by a rare blood disease and now days i have regular dialysis to clean my blood. However due to that my thirst for knowledge of the human body has grown massively and is one of the reasons I took a career change to become a sports therapists. 

My aim now is to become as highly knowledgeable as I can in terms of the human body and not just the muscular/soft tissue area i currently work in. 


So to someone who has never been to sports therapy before, you are probably still asking yourself what actually is sports therapy and why is it important?

Well here's the official description. Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
